The pace tracker is a great way for Marshals/Rangers to determine where their efforts are most needed. Being able to determine which groups require attention is invaluable information, and interventions can be implemented accordingly.
Superintendents can also use the live map to view where players currently are on the course and use that info to time their maintenance so that golfers are unaffected. This prevents rounds being disrupted by maintenance vehicles or sprinklers and will allow some maintenance work to take place during quiet days.
