How do I hide or view my geofences?
Step 1: Click on the 3-striped menu bar at the top left of the dashboard
Step 2: Scroll down the menu and click on Settings
Step 3: Click the Drinks/Superintendent/Marshal toggle to view or hide these carts
How do I activate or deactivate a geofence group?
Select the green button next to your geofence or geofence group to toggle off. The button will turn grey once the geofence group or geofence in a group is deactivated.
To activate, simply select the grey button and it will turn green to indicate that it is active.
When I click on a certain tag, the caddie / player name does not appear on the sidebar?
Check your Tee Times sheet to see if the caddie / player names have been assigned to the tag in question.
To check your Tee Times sheet:
Pro Tip: Caddie / Player Names cannot be assigned to a tag if the round has been completed.
How do I view my Geofence breaches?

How to view my marshal drinks / superintendent carts history?
Step 1: Click on the 3-striped menu bar at the top left of the dashboard

I can’t see what I expect to on the side menu (example: Players Report or Advertising)
If you are unable to view certain Modules, then your User Profile has most likely been restricted to view certain modules. Contact support@tagmarshal.com to enquire or request access.
One of the carts or tags is displaying that it’s much slower or faster than it actually is.
This could be because the cart or tag has entered the trigger zone sooner than it was meant to. You can check the track map to see if this has happened:
Step 1: Click on the tag in question. The sidebar will pop out on the left of the dashboard.
Step 2: Under the Player Assistance menu, click on the track map icon. It is the icon next to Add a Note.
Step 3: The track map will open up on a new tab where you will be able to view Round Info on the right sidebar.
Step 4: Click on the colored circle icons (green, magenta, red or orange) to view information about the tag along the track map.

Where and how do I set up a shotgun start?
You can allocate a Group A and Group B to tee off from the same hole. Bear in mind that Group B will tee off a few minutes after Group A based on the hole time allocated to that specific hole.

How do I locate a missing tag/cart?
It will open a Google Map which will show you the location of the last active connection of that device to our server.
Note: This is the last active connection. So if a tag or cart has gone missing and has lost power, the location will show where it last made a connection and may not be completely accurate.
Our tee sheet is not populating or there’s missing information. What should I do?

I’m getting too many geofence breach alerts
Check the following:
To make allowances for geofence sensitivity, set up your geofence with a buffer of about 0.1 – 0.2 inches (3 – 5mm) on your map. This typically equates to about 5 -10 yards (4 – 9m).
